Voice cloning and consent records
Voice clones require documented consent from the person being cloned. We store the consent statement, method and audio evidence to comply with AI voice regulations and to handle revocation requests.
Data retention
Generated audio and project data are retained until you delete them. Consent records are retained as long as the associated clone exists, plus any legally required period.
Third-party processors
We use trusted processors for payments (Stripe) and AI model inference. They process data only on our instructions and under their own strict security standards.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from Account Settings, or by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your projects and generated audio.
Security
We encrypt data in transit, restrict access to essential personnel and monitor for abuse. Report suspected issues to us immediately via the Contact page.
